F1 Transfer-In Application Process

Your I-20 must be in active status at time of transfer.

1. The international application fee is non-refundable.
2. : Upload all the required documents including a copy of your current I-20, I94 entry record and F1 visa.
3. OISS will issue you an acceptance letter within ten-fifteen working days of receiving your completed application.
4. Provide your current international adviser with a copy of your Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ acceptance letter and follow their transfer out process.
5. Your current advisor will release your F1- SEVIS record to the specific Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ campus noted on your admissions letter.
6. Your new I-20 from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, will be issued within two weeks of the date your SEVIS record is released to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ from your current school.
7. You must check in online and complete required enrollment modules with Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ before you can register for your classes.
