Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is part of the Virginia Community College System and exists as part of the executive branch of state government. The majority of financial support for operations and maintenance, outside of student tuition, comes through appropriations from the Commonwealth’s biennial budget. This budget also funds the majority of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s capital budget.
