Important Dates

  • Academic Advising Week in preparation for the for Fall 2025 semester: April 14 - 18
  • Tuition payment deadline if you register by August 4. If you register August 5 or after, your tuition payment is due the next day: August 5
  • Buy books and supplies at the bookstore with excess financial aid: August 11 - October 30
  • Financial aid adjustments begin: September 12
    • Classes added on or after this date for the current term will not increase student eligibility for financial aid grants. Aid may be reduced for students enrolled in fewer than 12 eligible credits. Additional information regarding financial aid awards, disbursements, and refunds can be found on the financial aid website.
  • Parking enforcement on Student & Hourly Pay Parking Lots begins:   September 12, 6:00 am
    •  Students are not required to display a permit while parked in a Student & Hourly Pay Parking lot after 3:45 p.m. on weekdays or anytime on weekends.
  • Last day to apply for Graduation*: October 1

  • Labor Day (College Closed): September 1
  • Fall Break: (Classes Do Not Meet): October 13 - 14
  • Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed ): November 26 - 30
  • Winter Break: December 22 - January 1
