Reset Password or Unlock Account

Use these online tools to reset and unlock your MyÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ and NVCC accounts. This is the fastest way to resolve account issues and avoid waiting for the IT Help Desk.

MyÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

All users must enroll in the following Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access Canvas, SIS, and other critical myÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ tools.

  • : Use the RapidIdentity app for authentication.
  • :  Use text messaging for authentication.
  • :  Use Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) for authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator App.
  • :  Use Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) for authentication with the RapidIdentity App.

If you successfully set up MFA but fail authentication twice, please wait 15-20 minutes before you reattempt or risk account lockout. Options for individuals who do not possess a smartphone, cell phone, or other mobile device are still being researched by VCCS. We will make this information available as soon as we can.
